Jessica (Jess) is originally from western North Carolina and has resided in Pinellas County since 2006. Currently Jess is making her home in St Petersburg with her husband, Aaron, and their pets.

Jess has over two decades in the hospitality industry, making her well versed in customer service and the ability to quickly adapt to different situations.

Besides being an avid Rays fan outside of work, Jess enjoys live music, hiking, kayaking, art museums and travel especially for the purpose of nature and cultural ( or culinary) diversity. Jess considers herself a foodie and will always have restaurant recommendations.
